Image.surf is committed to your privacy, and as such we do not do any of the following:
- Store or log IP addresses.
- Store images after deletion.
- Sell or disclose your information to governments or third parties, expect in the case of a federal investigation, in order to prevent against illegal activities.

Personal Data

And why we collect it.

To create an account and use our service, we do not ask for your name or surname. All you need to do is select your username, provide your email address, and choose your password.

We do store the email address you enter when creating an account for communication and anti-abuse purposes. However, the password you choose is hashed and we have no way to view it.

We rely on a third party to process credit card and PayPal transactions. We do not save your credit card details. However, Sellix may store your personal information for fraud prevention purposes, as detailed in their Privacy Policy.

Your email address is used for account-related questions, communication, and recovery.

If your account has been suspended for a breach of our terms and conditions, and you would like to exercise the rights related to your personal data, you can make a request to our support team.

We retain essential data (such as username, email) on active accounts in order to provide our services. This data is deleted when your account is deleted.

Non-personal data

We use Cloudflare to prevent against DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks. Information such as IP addresses may be logged by Cloudflare. A complete list of data logged by Cloudflare can be found in their Privacy Policy. This data cannot be used to personally identify users or visitors as image.surf doesn't store any of this information or connect it to specific user accounts.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to periodically review and change this policy without notice. Continued use of the Service will be deemed as acceptance of such changes.
